The upper web remains undrilled, which optimizes strength and stiffness, and no rim tape is required, which saves another 30 g per wheel. The new rim bed shape makes it easier than ever to mount and dismount tires, and UST Tubeless technology improves rolling resistance and grip, reducing the risk of punctures. These rims are made in France, in an aluminum rim factory. The new Infinity hub platform optimizes stiffness and power transmission with highly controlled spoke tension, while an Instant Drive 360 freewheel combined with automatic bearing preload adjustment (QRM Auto) provides fast engagement and durability.
