The disc version of the Team30 is an affordable upgrade for any bike with current generation disc brakes. With a profile height of 30 mm and CNC-machined hubs with sealed cartridge bearings, the construction is similar to the Team30 wheels for rim brakes. Writing brakes stress rims differently than rim brakes, so the Team30 Disc has 24 spokes at the front and 24 at the rear. Double crossed spokes on the front wheel and a mix of double and triple crossed lacing on the rear wheel cope with the stresses that occur with disc brakes.
